I ALREADY HAVE A WIRELESS TRANSMITTER SYSTEM, AND I ORDERED THIS ONE THINKING I NEEDED IT TO ADD A 3rd TV TO MY NETWORK. AS IT TURNS OUT I ONLY NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL TRANSMITTER, NOT A WHOLE NEW RECEIVER AND TRANSMITTER. AMAZON.COM SHIPPED THIS VIA A COMPANY WHO IS GIVING ME THE "RUN AROUND", A RESTOCKING FEE, AND A VERY DIFFICULT TIME IN COMMUNICATION. THE PACKING SLIP AND INVOICE HAD NO OPTION TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT AND NO PHONE NUMBER. HAD TO DO PI WORK TO FIND THEM AND THEY ONLY COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL. AMAZON.COM OFFERED NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO DEAL WITH THIS 3rd PARTY COMPANY. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF AMAZON FOR YEARS. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON.COM
